✅ Eligible Returns:

We accept returns only if the product you received is damaged during shipping.

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must provide an uncut video of the parcel being opened — from the sealed package to the full unpacking — clearly showing the damage.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

❌ Returns NOT Accepted For:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics
• Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
• Partial or missing unboxing video

💰 Refund Policy

✅ When Refunds Are Issued:

Refunds are processed only in cases of approved damage claims.

• We will verify the unboxing video and, if approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

• Orders without valid damage proof
• Customer error (e.g. incorrect address)
• Product dissatisfaction or personal preferences
