YUKARIYO sells collectible Lomo cards and related products.
All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Product colours and styles may vary slightly due to screen and camera lighting differences.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes [Update based on GST status].
We currently accept payments via a secure online payment gateway. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Orders will be processed only after payment is successfully completed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer PAN India shipping through our logistics partner Delhivery, covering pin codes serviced by them.
• Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen external factors (weather, strikes, courier issues, etc.).

We will provide tracking details once your order is shipped.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in ensuring your order reaches you safely. However, if your product is damaged during shipping, we offer a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Conditions:

• Buyer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
• An uncut video of the package being opened (from sealed state to unpacked) is mandatory for processing the return.
• Once validated, we will process the return or replacement immediately.
• Return shipping cost will be borne by us.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or delay in delivery due to courier delays.

Users can either check out as guests or create an account for faster checkout and order tracking. We recommend creating an account for a better experience.
